British glam rock band Girl released their first album “Sheer Greed” in 1980, under the independent record label Jet Records owned and operated by the legendary Don Arden. The album was published during the explosion of the new wave of British heavy metal phenomenon and peaked at No. 33 in the UK Albums Chart. A record full of references and adrenaline that contains among the other the telluric opening song “Hollywood Tease”, taken up later by the L.A Guns, and the Kiss’ cover “Do You Love Me”.
