Influential early British progressive rock band Colosseum are well-known for their eclectic and adventurous approach to rock that fuses together strong jazz and blues influences. “Colosseum Live” was recorded at Manchester University and the Big Apple in Brighton during March 1971, and it is the highest demonstration of the terrific intensity of the band on stage.
